Description
Well, it’s not Anise, and it’s not Hyssop. But it is Anise Hyssop, a member of the mint family with a distinct Anise flavor. Used as a culinary herb for its small purple flowers and leaves, Anise Hyssop is also a great friend of bees and can look stunning in the garden. You can also cut stalks for flower arrangements. Easily reseeds itself if flower stalks are allowed to dry in place (still looks great).

To Grow
- For Raised Beds: Space plants 8”-12” apart, leaving 12” between rows.
- For Containers: Can be grown in a container as small as a 1-gallon container or a shallow window box, but will thrive in a deep container measuring 2 gallons or more.
