Product Description

Fresno has been experiencing a little boomlet in popularity in the past couple of years, showing up on menus throughout New York restaurants and on the tip of patrons’ tongues.  Grows and looks like a jalapeño, but with less heat and a slightly thinner, sweeter flesh.  Pick when fully red and ripe for the best flavor.
